Do not enter a DBS certificate number, convictions or other criminal-record details here. TFP will view only the original evidence needed for the role. A woman is not automatically classed as a vulnerable adult for DBS eligibility.
Under-18 clientsUnder-18 clients may attend only while directly supervised by their professional; they do not receive independent gym access.
TFP will check the appropriate safeguarding and DBS evidence before under-18 work is approved.

DBS evidence: enter only the status, workforce and issue date requested above. TFP may view the original certificate where legally appropriate, but this portal does not accept or store DBS certificate images, certificate numbers or criminal-record details.
